We Greaux People is a Google Cloud Partner, Google for Education and a Grow with Google Partner. Our sole business is providing training for individuals and organizations.  We plan to use the grant funds to provide aid to those impacted by COVID-19 through offering a combination of in-person and online training sessions that will help them to level up their skills according to their interest, experience and high-demand/high-wage careers.

All participants receive Continuing Education Units (CEU’s). Whether it’s workforce preparation, vocational skills training, job readiness and search, or basic and academic training, all of the sessions and participants receive Continuing Education Units (CEU’s) with most sessions aligned to an Industry Based Certification (IBC).

Some of the session topics include:

Participants will learn how to use the Job Search feature on Google. We include special tips for veteran searchers.

Read a resume like a hiring manager. In this workshop, participants will get four strategies to improve their resume and a checklist of tips to help them communicate their strengths.

Google Career Certificates can prepare people for an entry-level role in the high-growth fields of IT support, user experience (UX) design, project management, data analytics, or Android development in less than six months. In this session, we expose participants in our community, connect employers with Google's employer consortium, and offer scholarships to underserved learners.

In this session, we help participants understand the key skills that the Google Career Certificates help learners develop throughout each course, and the jobs that Career Certificate graduates are qualified for upon completion.

In this session, we introduce participants to Primer, the free mobile app with easy 5-minute lessons on digital business and marketing topics like online advertising, business planning and more.

In this session, we use Google’s curriculum that equips participants with practical digital skills like building a resume or budget.

In the session, participants learn how to manage work and life tasks more effectively using Google tools. Whether they want to build a budget, create a meeting agenda or organize their priorities, these best practices will boost their productivity.

In this session, participants will learn about social media and building an online presence, and how to use both to establish or build a career or business.

Learn to identify and protect yourself and your personal information from online scammers. In this workshop you'll learn about three real-life online scams and familiarize yourself with some of the techniques scammers commonly use to access sensitive information.

This session covers Google My Business verification basics, common hurdles to verification, exclusive ways to verify, FAQs, and next steps to help businesses succeed online.

In this session, we’ll check out common questions (and answers!) about Google My Business.

Get to know the fundamentals of YouTube through this comprehensive session. The steps outlined in this session will introduce the basics of building and managing a YouTube business channel, creating eye-catching videos, and advertising on YouTube.


In addition to serving the general public, we have special sessions for Veterans and Military Families (to assist transitioning service members, military spouses, and veterans as they build civilian careers and businesses)  as well as people who have been formerly incarcerated learn the digital skills they need to get a job or start a business. 

They can benefit from the sessions listed above but additional, specific, sessions are available below.

In this session we outline the tools available to help them to find jobs, start or grow their business, or launch a career in IT support.

 In this session, we help veteran businesses stand out with the “Veteran-Led” attribute on Google Search and Maps.

In this session, we'll outline some tools and resources designed to help military spouses prepare for, and build, meaningful careers.

 In this session, participants will discover new job opportunities for Veterans using Google Search, and learn how to organize and enhance their job search experience using G Suite tools.

In this session, we reentry learners understand the digital skills they already have, to learn and practice new skills, and to gain confidence using digital devices.

We can also customize training sessions based on the needs of the organization and/or participants. Our training sessions allow participants the ability to build a career plan that can help them meet their professional goals, whether they’re searching for a new job, seeking a promotion, or considering a career change. In our series of workshops, participants identify their strengths and passions, take inventory of their unique skills and experiences, and start a plan to reach long-term professional goals.
